M2B’s quality policy requires the entire company to be oriented towards meeting the expectations of stakeholders (customers, collaborators, distributors and suppliers) and is based on the following points:
- Personalized attention to the customer, proposing the most suitable product for their application.
- Offering the customer a service that includes the product design and development phase.
- Ensuring the quality of purchased products.
- Considering quality as a key aspect of all activities.
- Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of value-added processes by promoting continuous improvement within the organization and its collaborators.
- Involving distributors and suppliers in this continuous improvement.
- Commitment to fulfilling defined requirements with stakeholders and legal regulations, as well as continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- The policy serves as a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.
- The policy is available to stakeholders.
- The policy is periodically reviewed.
